What does Arkki provide to my child?
Arkki develops your child’s creativity, problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. STEAM aligned, children learn while having fun and are equipped with the skills needed in the 21st century.
Is it suitable for children with no drawing or design experience?
Absolutely! No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and imagination.
What age groups is Arkki aimed at?
Currently we offer afternoon programs and workshops for children aged 4 to 12, with age-specific modules. More age groups will be added as we grow.
What is the duration and frequency of the program?
At our weekly classes children complete two modules in one academic year. For every module completed, the child is awarded with the Certificate of Completion. Children continue their education uninterrupted by attending consecutive modules throughout the year, and can advance to the subsequent module the following academic year.
Are Arkki classes accredited or recognised?
Arkki is endorsed by the Finnish Ministry of Education and operates in Cyprus under the same model.
What language are the classes in?
Both afternoon classes and workshops are conducted in either Greek or English language, based on your preference.
How can I follow my child's education process?
You can get regular information about their development by directly contacting our instructors.
Can parents observe or stay during the sessions?
We encourage independence, but parents are welcome to meet instructors before or after the class. For specific events, parents are invited to exhibitions or presentations. We also run a class for children aged 4-5 where parents are welcome to stay during the lesson, if they wish.
What materials does my child need to bring?
All materials are provided.
Why Arkki and not any other STEAM activity?
Unlike other STEAM activities, Arkki teaches children how to think – not just what to do. Every challenge is open-ended, hands-on, and driven by creativity, not instructions. There are no right or wrong answers – just opportunities to imagine, experiment and solve real problems. In Arkki, children dont just learn STEAM. They live it.
